Carton Flow Racking

Heavy-Duty Warehouse Racking

A gravity-fed FIFO storage system designed for cartons, totes, components, and line-side materials.

Product Overview

Carton flow racking uses inclined roller tracks to move cartons, totes, or material bins from the replenishment side to the picking side by gravity. This first-in, first-out system improves picking efficiency, shortens travel distance, and is ideal for warehouses, distribution centers, production lines, and assembly workstations.

Product Features

Gravity-Fed Operation

Each flow-bed level is installed at a controlled incline. Cartons or totes move toward the picking side under their own weight without requiring powered equipment.

First-In, First-Out Storage

Goods loaded first arrive at the picking face first, making the system suitable for inventory rotation, batch management, and materials with production-date requirements.

Auto Replenishment

When the front carton or tote is removed, the next unit automatically moves forward into the picking position, reducing the need for operators to reach inside the rack.

Separate Loading & Picking

Replenishment and picking can be carried out from opposite sides of the rack, helping reduce operational interference and improve workflow organization.

Space Efficiency

Compared with conventional shelving, carton flow racking provides continuous lane storage and reduces unused space within each rack level.

Label System Ready

The system can be integrated with electronic labels or warehouse picking systems to support order picking, line-side supply, and visual inventory management.
